When entering a new country or returning from Amsterdam to your home country, you may be asked to pay customs and import fees on your medicine. The Norwegian government taxes all items valued at over €600 with a 25% rate as example. The rules for importing medical cannabis vary by country. Be sure to check with your local authorities before you begin traveling internationally, as some countries have restrictions on what they will allow in accordance with their own customs and/or drug laws.
