How to easily clean your Dab Rig

Step 1: Gather Your Materials

Before you begin cleaning your dab rig, you'll need a few things: isopropyl alcohol, coarse salt, q-tips, and hot water.

Step 2: Prepare Your Rig

Empty any remaining water or concentrates from your rig. If your rig has a removable downstem or percolator, remove it and set it aside.

Step 3: Add Salt and Alcohol

Add a generous amount of coarse salt to your rig, followed by enough isopropyl alcohol to cover the salt. The salt will help scrub away any resin or build-up, while the alcohol will dissolve it.

Step 4: Shake Vigorously

Cover the openings of your rig with your hands and shake it vigorously for several minutes. You can also use a cleaning solution cap or plug to cover the openings and shake the rig.

Step 5: Rinse with Hot Water

After shaking, rinse your rig thoroughly with hot water. This will help remove any remaining alcohol and salt.

Step 6: Clean the Downstem and Percolator

If your rig has a removable downstem or percolator, clean them separately by soaking them in alcohol and salt and rinsing with hot water. Use q-tips to clean any hard-to-reach areas.

Step 7: Dry and Enjoy

Once your rig is clean, allow it to air dry or use a paper towel to dry any remaining water. Then, load up your concentrates and enjoy a clean hit!

By following these steps, you'll be able to easily clean your dab rig and keep it in top condition for longer use. Remember to clean your rig regularly to prevent build-up and ensure a smooth hit every time.
